Cancellation Policy

 • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

 • Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

 • To cancel an order, please email us immediately at admin@matchamama.in with your order ID.



Refund Policy

 • Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.

 • To initiate a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

 • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 • Refunds are not applicable for taste preferences or opened/used products due to the perishable nature of matcha.



Return & Exchange Policy

 • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the consumable nature of our products.

 • In rare cases of incorrect or damaged orders, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
